Returns and damages

Sometimes stuff happens. Let’s work together to make it right again. Items purchased through our online retail store are eligible for a return.

The item must be unopened/unused and in the same condition that you received it (including being in the original packaging). Provenance plays an important role when buying wine and all wines are carefully checked, catalogued and photographed by our wine experts. We also provide relevant wine ratings and descriptions so that you can buy with confidence.

Our gift certificates are non-refundable, but rest assured you can use these with any of our services.

Buyer beware applies to all items secured through our auctions. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@wineauctionroom.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
