Made from Chardonnay 50%, Pinot Noir 50% (of which 8% is red wine), Gosset Grand Rosé Brut is a A soft swirl of rose petal pink with hints of salmon pink and cherry red highlights. The nose is unmistakeably strawberry - in all its forms from freshly picked to strawberry jam. Well-structured, with a balance between the tension of the freshness and luscious red fruit dominance (wild strawberries and cream or coulis) softly envelop the palate, with a smooth, superbly fresh finish. The richness and sweetness of the wine make it an excellent match for Foie gras, wild salmon, fish and seafood tapas, grilled veal, poultry, as well as red and forest fruits such as strawberries, raspberries and blueberries.

The story of the GOSSET family begins over four centuries ago with the first official ancestor of the family line, Jean GOSSET (1484–1556). Following in his footsteps, sixteen generations, all born in Aÿ in Champagne, had a single ambition – to improve their terroir. At the end of the 20th century, the takeover by the Cointreau family sees GOSSET Champagne enter the highest echelons of the prestigious houses, both in France and abroad.
