There is also a surprising background of oil, coal, and smoke. An extraordinary palate! This wine enters big and mouth-filling with a passage that is exceptionally long, fresh, and dense. The fruit expression is very great (near bitter), with a big and elegant sweetness. An immense background of dry fruits, smoke, and spices. Sweet, meaty, and dense. Excellent acidity that is very well-balanced. A finish that is persistent and very, very long. This is a palate you will never forget.
