Roll over: Aromas of saline, strawberry, watermelon and lime - a wonderful joint venture between winemakers from Domain Dujac and Domaine de la Romanee-Conti

Pale pink. This wine has a bouquet of strawberries and white flowers with hints of vanilla. It has the harmony and elegance that has earned world-wide appreciation of the roses of Provence. Triennes Rose is the perfect accompaniment to a sunny summer afternoon

A winery with great pedigree, Triennes is a joint venture between Jacques Seysses of Domaine Dujac and Aubert de Villaine from Domaine de la Romanee-Conti and is located in the Var, to the East of Aix en Provence. Farmed organically since 2008, the aim of the estate is to produce wines that speak clearly of the bright sky and diverse terroirs of the region. Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Cinsault, Merlot, Grenache and Viognier provide the raw materials for their stunning range of wines from their pale, savoury rose through to the characterful rich reds for which Provence has become famous.

Roll over: This is the second wine from Helio; the side project put together by talented Clearview winemakers Sarah & Matt Kirby and wine entrepreneur Dave Nash

The winery writes "It’s seriously delicious, beyond bone dry, food friendly with great texture and generosity on the palate. Tempranillo is the lead act in 2020 with Montepulciano and Cabernet Franc building body and adding textbook aromatics of white stone fruit, watermelon and pomegranate." 500ml

Low stock 93 WS

Roll over:  Red fruit and bubbles.

Fragrant wafts of smoke and spice accent the steeped raspberry and mandarin orange peel flavors of this tightly meshed rosé Champagne, which is backed by a vivid spine of mouthwatering acidity and is silky on the palate, with hints of dried herb, licorice and toasted almond playing on the finish. Drink now through 2025. Wine Spectator

Roll over: Bright, classic strawberries & cream, fresh Spring herbs, cantaloupe, strawberries, refreshing, savoury.

From the Yarra Valley. The colour of the 2018 hints at a greater complexity. The nose is bright and carries classic ‘Strawberries and Cream’ with hints of fresh herbs. Full creamy palate with strawberries and cantaloupe and a savoury refreshing finish.

SOS don’t want accolades or shining medals, they just wanted to make delicious wines that punch above their weight, are inclusive and most importantly are sociable; to be shared with friends at a favourite bar top, to have at home with hump day dinner, take with confidence to a dinner party or in the park with the gang on a sunny Sunday – wines for every day in every way. The team are extremely lucky and blessed to work with wonderful grape growers from all over Victoria who share their passion for interesting wines that speak of the place they come from. Whether it be from way down south in Mornington Peninsula, through to the Yarra Valley and all the way up to the famous Heathcote region. They make wine with as little added as possible except for good honest grapes. SOS; not trying to change the world, just a couple of souls, one glass at a time.
