A bitter-sweet infusion of New Zealand grown Seville oranges, selected roots and flowers. Batch infused and cut to strength with Kaweka spring water. Vibrant notes of fresh orange, tangerine and red apple combine with the bitterness of liquorice, wormwood and gentian. Natural colour from orange peel and hibiscus flowers. 

Serve long with sparkling water for a refreshing bitter-sweet drink. Perfect for Negroni, Americano and any cocktail requiring a bittersweet orange liqueur.

A bold and aromatic Gin containing 10 Organic botanicals, of which 9 are from Hawke’s Bay. Batch distilled by the Hastings Distillers in their 150L Arnold Holstein still and cut to strength with Kaweka spring water. Top notes of citrus and juniper. Angelica root and Kaffir lime bring floral hints and complex herbal notes. 

Perfect for a fresh Gin and tonic or a smooth addition to any Martini or cocktail.  Mix with L'Opera Bitter Orange Aperitif and Rubis Sweet Vermouth for an epic Negroni!
